Predictions

Where to see and what to expect

Besiktas is still hoping to qualify for the Europa League this season and will receive the form-fitting Antalyaspor on Saturday.

With a gap of five points between the Black Eagles and Sivasspor, Sergen Yalcin's team can no longer afford to slip to achieve a top 4 result.

With just one defeat in the last seven games, the home team will be confident that they can continue to perform well, especially after holding 0-0 in Galatasaray in their last game.

To see one

Besiktas: Atiba Hutchinson

Canadian international Atiba Hutchinson has been a key midfield player for the Black Eagles this season. He's one of those who never seem to get the praise he deserves, but when he's not on the team, his absence is hard to feel.

The 37-year-old has countless experiences and knows this league inside out after he came to Besiktas in 2013. He is approaching 250 missions for the Istanbul team, a sign that would underline his importance to the team in the past seven seasons.

Key statistics: Atiba Hutchinson has had 43 successful duels for Besiktas this season, more than any other player on the team.

Antalyaspor: Hakan Ozmert

The 34-year-old midfielder has been outstanding for Antalyaspor this season. His role as a deep-seated playmaker fits well with his vision and pass skills. The French-born midfielder completed 812 team-level passes during the campaign.

It's no surprise that he also leads the team in assists (3) and is vital if the Scorpions want to continue their good results.

Key statistics: Hakan Ozmert has created 52 chances for Antalyaspor in the Super Lig this season, at least 29 more than any of his team-mates.

Team news

Besiktas

Besiktas have a number of familiar faces for those who are used to following the five best leagues in Europe. Kevin-Prince Boateng will likely mate with Captain Burak Yilmaz in attack after a decent, if somewhat quiet, performance against Galatasaray.

Former Arsenal player Mohamed Elneny should stay in the middle of the park with seasoned Atiba Hutchinson, while Croatian international Domagoj Vida remains the heart of the Black Eagles central defense.

Dorukhan Tokoz stays out long term, while Douglas is a big doubt and probably unavailable.

Estimated XI: Karius; Gonul, Vida, Ruiz, Erkin; Boyd, Hutchinson, Elneny, N & # 39; Koudou; Yilmaz, Boateng.

Antalyaspor

With eight games without defeat, Antalyaspor is unlikely to change the impressive win over Sivasspor.

Tuna may choose to freshen things up, but "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" would be a good expression if you think of getting into another tough conflict. However, Charles and Bahadir Ozturk are both on the injured list and will not matter.

Estimated XI: Boffin; Sangare, Sari, Celustka, Kudryashov; Ozmert, Fredy; Gumus, Podolski, Amilton; Jahovic.

Squawka prediction

The latest good form of Antalyaspor makes it interesting. They have been unbeaten in their last eight games, including a 2-2 draw against Fenerbahce and a 1-0 win over Sivasspor, which Besiktas does a huge favor.

Still, the Black Eagles know that if they want to hunt a top 4 spot, they have to win this to maintain pressure on Sivasspor. The game is therefore likely to be played mainly in the Antalyaspor half, with visitors hoping to meet the hosts on the counter.

Sounds like it should at least be entertaining.

Scoreline forecast: Besiktas 3-2 Antalyaspor
